How to Commission Me

• Please take a look at my commission policies and details below before submitting your request. Submit all requests to kamkaze@gmail.com
• Provide me with as detailed of a description as you possibly can of what you want.
• Take a look at some of my past artwork and let me know what style you’d like it to be in as well. Providing me with links to reference images for poses and ideas is a plus, if you have something very specific in mind.
• Don’t forget any other necessary details, such as size preference…  i.e. you want to use it as a wallpaper for your desktop and need it to be 1280 by 800, you need it to be printable at 8.5×11 etc.

Stuff I Do

Below is a list of many of the things I am comfortable with doing. If what you want is not on the list, have no fear, submit your request anyway! I will let you know at the start of the process if I am unable to complete your commission as requested. From there, I am more than happy to work with you on some alterations to your request that may allow for me to fulfill it to your satisfaction.

Pricing

Digital - High resolution, full color image(with the exception of lineart.) Prices subject to negotiation and changes based on complexity of requested elements. Depending on the request, the price may very well be lower than listed.

My Commission Policy

Ownership:

• I retain the rights to the actual artwork, and will be at liberty to post it as an example of my artwork on any site, or in any physical media I choose.
• I will never sell prints of commissioned work, nor will I profit from your commissioned piece in any way, aside from your payment to me for completing said work (Without your permission.)
• In the case of fan art, the original source material will be credited for any characters, settings, themes, or items taken from the original source. You will be given full credit for any originality in pose, changes, and additions to the material.
• In the case of original characters, scenes, or settings, and any other requests based on your original concepts, you will be given full credit for concept. I will be taking credit only for interpretation, and representation of said concept.

Other Notes:

• Unfortunately this is not my primary job. As such, times for commission completion may vary. I will always do my very best to ensure you are not waiting a ridiculous amount of time for your commission, and will always be honest about this and update you as often as possible. I firmly believe in communication with my clients and welcome you to contact me whenever you wish.
• I will take as many commission requests as I get, but will always let you know where you are on the list, and an estimate on how long it will take me before I am able to begin work on your commission. If you do not wish to wait a long time, or would like to, at any time be removed from my list, please let me know so that I may update the others on the list that their work may begin sooner.
• Repeat customers, or customers purchasing several commissions or commissions with many characters may receive additional discounts for supporting me as an artist, just ask!

Process

• Once I receive your request, I will review it and respond accordingly.
  • If the request has ample information and I am able to fulfill it, I will then send you an email letting you know where you are on my list and an approximation of when I can be expected to begin work on your commission.
  • If not, I may request additional details before I can begin work.
• Once I reach the point where I am able to begin work on your request, I will send you an email to confirm your request and make sure you are still interested.
  • I will quote you the final price, to be paid via Paypal. For pricing guidelines, see Pricing below. Pricing may vary from the guidelines below if your request deviates from the guidelines. We will discuss this until you are fully satisfied. I want you to be as satisfied with the price as with the final artwork.
• Once I receive the amount agreed upon into my paypal account, I will begin work on the preliminary sketch. Please put a note in your PayPal payment so that I may identify who is paying me.
• I will send you the preliminary sketch as soon as I finish it.
  • You then have two rounds to request reworks on the sketch. Additional changes past the second round may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed at that time, before any changes are made.
• After you are satisfied with the sketch, I will begin work on the final product.
• I will provide you with an updated file as I see the need, or as often as you require it.
• Once the piece is done, I will provide you with your finished piece. The high resolution files will be either emailed to you, or made available on my website for you to download, whichever is your preference.
